Welcome to Vita Simplified LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Vita Simplified LLC provides concierge services, lifestyle management, transition assistance and small business support.
We are not a legal advisor, financial planner, estate planner, medical provider, or therapist. Our role is to support your lifestyle and transitions with practical assistance, not professional advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information needed to complete services
Use services for lawful purposes only
Understand that Vita Simplified LLC does not replace licensed professional services
3. Subscriptions & Payments
All subscriptions are billed in advance.
Clients may begin with a 1-month trial. After the trial, subscriptions require a 3-month minimum commitment, billed quarterly.
Payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
4. One-Time Services
One-time services must be paid in full before scheduling.
5. Authorization Requirements
Clients understand that certain services — such as prescription pickup, financial account management, or handling official/legal documents — may require written authorization or a limited power of attorney (LPOA).
It is the client’s responsibility to provide proper documentation before these services can be performed.
Vita Simplified LLC will not impersonate clients or attempt to access restricted services without appropriate written consent.
All authorizations will be handled with strict confidentiality and only used for the purposes described.
6. Fair Use Policy
Unlimited concierge hours in the Peace of Mind Plan are covered under a Fair Use Policy. Most clients use 3–5 hours per week. Tasks requiring more than 5 hours/week, or projects outside our service scope, may require a custom agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Vita Simplified LLC respects client confidentiality. Sensitive data will only be stored or shared with your consent.
Liability Disclaimer
Vita Simplified LLC is not responsible for:
Outcomes of client decisions based on our services
Errors, delays, or damages caused by third-party vendors
Losses due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, emergencies, system failures)
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unlawful activity, or inappropriate conduct.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients directly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
