For many years, I devoted myself to being a homemaker, learning first hand how much energy and thought it takes to manage a household and keep life flowing. Later, I returned to the workforce and spent over 12 years as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level professionals, managing complex schedules, and handling the details that keep businesses moving.

When my granddaughter was born and I proudly became “Nonna,” everything shifted. I realized time is precious, and I wanted to use mine in a way that truly made a difference. I was tired of pouring all my energy into corporate life, but I didn’t want to waste the skills I’d built over the years.

That’s when Vita Simplified LLC was born - a way to take my organizational expertise, my caregiving heart, and my lived experience, and put them to work helping people who need it most.
