Frequently Asked Questions
Who is Vita Simplified?
Vita means life — and that’s what we’re here to simplify. Founded by Christina Anderson, Vita Simplified LLC supports busy professionals, retirees, and families navigating life’s biggest changes. We step in so you don’t have to carry it all alone.
What’s the heart behind Vita Simplified?
The heart behind Vita Simplified LLC is simple: peace of mind in the seasons that matter most.
Christina created Vita Simplified after walking through hurricanes, wildfires, and her own family transitions. She saw how overwhelming it can feel when life changes suddenly, whether it’s retirement, moving, or even seasons of grief — and how much lighter it feels to have someone by your side providing structure, organization, and care.
What types of services do you offer?
We provide personalized support for families, seniors, new parents, and busy professionals. Services may include errands, appointment support, home organization, companionship, and customized packages designed around your unique needs.
What don’t you do?
We are not a replacement for licensed professionals. We do not provide:
Legal advice (wills, trusts, contracts)
Financial or estate planning (investments, taxes, retirement accounts)
Medical care or advice (diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment)
Mental health or grief counseling
Instead, we complement those professionals by handling the everyday details, errands, organization, preparation, so you and your loved ones can focus on healing and what matters most.

Yes. Sensitive documents are stored only with your consent, and your data is never shared with third parties.
Do I need to provide authorization for certain services?
Yes, some services may require formal written authorization. For example, tasks such as prescription pickups, financial account management, or handling official documents may require a signed release form or a limited power of attorney (LPOA).
This is for your protection as well as ours. We’ll guide you through the process whenever it’s needed, keeping things simple and respectful. Most errands — like groceries, deliveries, or donation drop-offs — do not require any additional paperwork.
